Preparation before operating

　　 (1) Check the safety hazards of the working face and the leveling of the road, and deal with the problems in time.

　　 (2) Check the oil level of the oil tank of the hydraulic system, and it cannot be lower than the oil standard.

　　 (3) Check whether the lubrication condition of each lubrication point is good.

　　 (4) Check whether the brake fluid and tire pressure are sufficient, and whether the rim is loose.

　　 (5) Check whether the cable fixing place is firm and the grounding wire is intact.

 Working operation

　　 (1) Check whether the operating handles are in the normal position, and turn on the main switch after confirming that it is correct;

　　 (2) After turning on the power, be sure to notify the people around the steel grabber to evacuate to a safe area, and then start the grabber;

　　 (3) After starting, check whether the meter reading is normal, whether there are abnormal sounds in various parts, whether the brake is reliable, whether the hydraulic system is leaking, etc.

       (4) During the entire grasping process, the joystick and acceleration mechanism should be used reasonably.

　　 (5) When there is a failure or the cable interface is bandaged, disconnect the main power supply first, and it is strictly forbidden to work without electricity.

When finished

　　 (1) Set the grabbing machine to a safe place where there is no turquoise, no dripping water, no patio collapse, no blasting damage, etc.

　　 (2) Reset the joysticks, put the boom to the bottom, and the grab bucket will turn down and touch the ground.
