A pulley is a small wheel with grooves around its periphery that can rotate around an axis.
A simple machine that can rotate around a central axis is called a pulley, consisting of a grooved disc
that can rotate around the central axis and a flexible cable (rope, tape, steel cable, chain, etc.) that spans the disc. 。 

Pulley manufacturing process

I. Selection of materials:

The pulley plate is made of Q345 steel; the inner ring is made of forged pieces of 20-gauge steel.

II. Process

1. Material: use profiling cutter to cut the outer circle of the pulley sheet, inner hole and process hole.

2. Turning plate: turn the outer circle, inner hole and inner hole chamfering on the lathe.

3. Levelling: when feeding the plate, the flatness of the plate is controlled, and the pulley sheet still needs to be levelled after discharging to ensure the accuracy of rolling.

4. Rolling: hot rolling according to the drawings.

5. Welding: 50-6 gas-shielded wire is used for welding.

6. Rough machining: the outer circle of the inner hole allowance.

7. Shot blasting: the pulley exterior shot blasting, and to remove the rope groove hot rolled in the oxidation layer generated (in order to quench the treatment, to achieve better results).

8. High-frequency quenching: high-frequency quenching of the pulley rope groove, so that the surface hardness of the rope groove to meet the technical requirements (HB280-HB320).

9. Finishing: according to the drawings required finishing in place.

10. Product self-inspection: self-inspection according to standard requirements, self-inspection report.

11. Paint: primer + top coat.

III. Factory

Provide product certification and self-inspection report.
