A. Failure type - grab can not be closed

1. Cylinder check valve or valve group within the solenoid valve clogging leads to;.

First of all, check the solenoid valve, whether it is working properly, in the grab when closed, the solenoid valve should be closed (not conduction state).

If the solenoid valve is working properly, check whether the cylinder check valve is blocked, you need to disassemble the cylinder, the center bearing beam and cylinder separation, cylinder piston rod and piston can be pulled out from the upper part of the cylinder block, and then check the piston installed on the check valve whether there is a stuck phenomenon, if there are foreign objects should be cleared.

If there is a foreign body, should be removed, the cylinder will be cleaned after each installation, re-installed into the cylinder, remember in the disassembly and installation of the cylinder, should avoid dirt into the cylinder.

2. The lower part of the piston rod is deformed, and the cylinder can not be contracted.

--The cylinder must be replaced.

3. Deformation of the bucket body.

-- Align the bucket body and reinstall it.

4. Deformation of the push rod.

-- Calibrate the push rod and check the size of the reamed hole.

5. Severe wear of reaming shaft;

-- Replace the reaming shaft.

6. Solenoid valve light on, grab opens;

-- Check remote control circuit system.

7. Solenoid valve light is not on, the grab is still slowly open;

-- Check the hydraulic valve at the bottom of the cylinder, and check the size of the hinge hole.
