Then the use of lifting rigging should pay attention to what issues?

1. To develop a good hoisting habits, in the lifting of the work before the plan how to hang, lifting and unloading.

2. Prepare: Determine the weight of the object and its center of gravity, carefully read the attached documents, mark the lifting point and weight data. Only to determine the center of gravity after the hook can be linked to the location!

3. The crane operator shall be informed of the weight of the object being suspended.

4. Crane hooks should be hanging vertically above the center of gravity of the hanging object.

5. Lifting lifting objects should not only damage the lifting objects, but also to prevent damage to the rigging itself. To avoid rotation or drop, observe the following conditions:

A) single leg rigging, lifting point should be located vertically above the center of gravity of the lifting object.

B) If the legs are rigging, the hanging point should be located on both sides of the lifting object, lifting point above the center of gravity.

C) If it is three legs and four legs rigging, hanging point should be evenly located in the lifting point of the center of gravity, and hanging objects in the center of gravity above.

Must pay attention to the lifting angle β (between the vertical and hanging legs): the greater the lifting angle, the smaller the lifting capacity. More than 60 degrees of lifting angle is absolutely not allowed!
