The spreader is telescopic, and the overall super-elevator consists of a overheitgh frame and a bottom frame. The main parameters are as follows:

Rated lifting capacity under the hanger: 50 tons

Automatic telescopic distance: 20 feet, 40 feet, 45 feet.

Hooking device: automatic hooking is realized by spring lever and limit switch device.

Opening and closing device: The opening and closing action of the twistlocks of the spreader drives the action of the OHAT twist locks through the link mechanism.

Safety protection device: Comes with security pin mechanism for mechanical interlocking with the revolving pin to avoid accidental unlocking action.

The OHAT itself has no source of power, and all its movements are driven by the action of the master spreader. The opening and closing action of the spreader twistlock is driven by a set of link mechanisms to open and close. When the spreader pin is locked, the OHAT pivot pin locks the flat rack underneath to perform the work hook mechanism to ensure the connection between the OHAT and the master spreader when the spreader is unlocked.
