Introduction and precautions of wireless remote control grab

The remote control hydraulic grab (also known as: wireless remote control grab) is a picking device equipped with a single-drum crane for loading and unloading various bulk materials such as mineral powder, coal, grain, fertilizer, industrial salt, cement clinker, etc. goods. The wireless remote control grab cleverly combines wireless remote control technology and the simplest hydraulic technology on the grab, giving the grab a unique performance.

The advantages of our QSHI production remote control grabs:

1) The oil pipes of the remote control grab are all installed in the lower beam to effectively prevent corrosion；

2) Independent production of hydraulic parts and hydraulic systems strictly control the quality；

3) The four corners of the upper beam are made into a bevel type, which can effectively extend the service life of the wire rope.

4) For the convenience of maintenance, the remote control grab is upgraded from three one-way valves to a single one-way valve.

Precautions for the use of remote control grab:

1) When the grab is not used for a long time, the battery should be taken out and stored fully. If the fully charged battery has not been used for more than 3 months, the battery power should be checked. If it is lacking, please fully charge and store again；

2) When the grab is used to clear up cargo, if the grab is used to pile a small amount of goods, after pressing the remote control to open the grab, you need to press the stop button to perform the closing action (this problem does not exist during normal operation)

3) The grab cannot be soaked in sea water for a long time
