  For the bolted bolts and pulley cover bolts of the pulley shaft and various mandrels, loosening should be avoided and tightened in time. Also pay attention to whether the pulley shaft and various mandrels have cracks, whether the deformation is too large, etc., to ensure safe and reliable operation. Vulnerable parts such as rolling bearings, bushings, etc., are repaired and replaced according to the specified period.

  For the electric motor in the electric drive grab, pay attention to the heating temperature rise, and keep the tightening of the foot connecting bolts in time. Also observe whether it has abnormal noise. After working for 15000 hours, the bearings should be cleaned and filled with lithium-based grease. The gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel should also be paid attention to and adjusted in time, and the brake shoe lining should be replaced if necessary. If you have a belt drive, you must always maintain a moderate tension. It is also necessary to check frequently to prevent the amount of spring preload in the overload device. Rolling bearings and gearbox lubricants in the transmission system shall be repaired and replaced according to the prescribed time limit.
