When changing the oil, the jaws should be opened, take out the oil scale of the oil tank, unscrew the oil drain, drain the oil, clean the tank, clean or replace the oil filter, and install the cleaned drain plug. Then, refuel and check it through the oil gauge to reach the standard oil level. The fuel tank should have a venting opening to the atmosphere.

  The hinge of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod must always be filled with grease. The cylinder piston rod and the sealing ring in the valve body can be periodically removed and replaced to avoid oil leakage. The relevant valve parts in the control block should be periodically disassembled and inspected and replaced if necessary. The oil pump also needs to be cleaned regularly, and if necessary, contact the oil pump manufacturer for repair or replacement.

  When the grab stops working, the power should be turned off. When not working for a long time, it should also be operated once every 3 months to prevent rust and hydraulic oil in the control element from forming gelatin.

  Electrical systems also require frequent inspection and maintenance, such as power plugs. Sockets, cables, circuit wiring, fuses, contactors, relays, manually operated electrical switch buttons, etc. are in good electrical contact, reliable, and replaced when needed. The connecting section of the cable and plug from the cable reel should generally be kept loose to prevent the plug from coming off the socket.
