Spreader maintenance

1.Drive motor

Maintain the lubrication of the spindle, keep the foot bolts not loose, pay attention to heat dissipation, and limit the temperature rise.

2. Hydraulic system

Always check the hydraulic tank fuel quantity, oil temperature and system oil pressure and noise, and maintain normal values. The oil should also be kept clean and the safety relief valve should be protected from debris jams, which results in abnormal heating and abnormal cylinder expansion and contraction. The oil filter in the fuel tank should be cleaned or replaced frequently and replaced after a certain period of use. Pay attention to the integrity of the tubing and keep the fittings and related component bolts tight. The seal rings in the piston rod and valve parts of the cylinder should be dismantled and replaced regularly to avoid oil leakage.

3. Mechanism drive system

The rolling bearing and the swinging bushing must be filled with grease regularly to maintain good lubrication. At the same time, the gap between the moving parts should be observed, and the rolling bearing and bushing should be replaced if necessary. For the fixing bolt bolts of the mandrel, pay attention to whether it is loose or not, and tighten it in time. Check the shaft parts for cracks at the right time. Check the normality of the transmission chain of the telescopic mechanism at the right time, and check the degree of wear of the telescopic beam block or roller.

4. Steel rope and connecting parts

Always apply grease to the steel rope, pay attention to the wear and the breakage of the surface steel wire, and replace if necessary. Pay attention to the signs of damage to the clips, shackles, wedges, etc. of the steel rope, and pay attention to the tightening degree of the connecting bolts.

5. Metal beam

Pay attention to the deformation, observe the change of weld state, paint damage and corrosion, repair, calibrate, strengthen and remove rust and paint according to the specific conditions.

6. Electrical and interlocking safety systems

Always pay attention to the coordination, sequence and reliability of each part movement. Pay attention to check the power plug and socket, cable, circuit wiring, fuse, contactor, relay, manual operation of the electrical switch button, etc., and replace if necessary.
